Welcome to CallPayMin! As a quester, you have instant access to hundreds of verified experts across various industries. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to start getting expert advice on-demand.
Step 1: Creating Your Account
- •Visit CallPayMin.com and click 'Get Started' or 'Join as Quester'
- •Fill in your basic information: name, email, company, and region
- •Set a strong password (8+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character)
- •Verify your email address through the confirmation link
- •Your account is now active and ready to use!
Step 2: Adding Payment Methods
- •Navigate to Settings > Payment Methods in your dashboard
- •Click 'Add Payment Method' and enter your card details
- •We accept all major credit and debit cards
- •Your card will be securely stored using Stripe's encryption
- •Consider enabling auto-recharge to never run out of balance mid-call
Step 3: Understanding the Balance System
- •CallPayMin uses a prepaid balance system for transparency
- •Your first 30 days include an introductory access period to explore the platform
- •Add funds to your account before making calls ($10 minimum) once you move past the intro window
- •Your balance is deducted per minute based on the expert's rate
- •After day 30 you pay the expert’s live per-minute rate for every consultation
- •Platform fee: $0.30 for calls under 10 minutes
- •View your balance anytime in the top-right corner of your dashboard
Step 4: Finding the Right Expert
- •Browse the Expert Directory to see all available experts
- •Use filters to narrow by expertise, industry, or rate
- •Read expert bios and check their ratings and reviews
- •Look for the green 'Available' status for immediate calls
- •Save favorite experts for quick access later
Step 5: Making Your First Call
- •Click on an expert's profile to view full details
- •Choose between Audio Call or Video Call options
- •Ensure you have sufficient balance for at least 10 minutes
- •Click 'Call Now' to initiate the connection
- •The expert will receive a notification and can accept within 30 seconds
